This Girl Can Active Hen Party
This Girl Can Active Hen Party
With Hen Party Brighton providing wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, raft building and racing, power boating, sailing and jet skiing available for groups of women upon request, we pride ourselves on introducing these sports with support and encouragement to many for the very first time.
The “This Girl Can” campaign has been cited in the news and online, both by the government initiative and Sport England, its heightened success fuelled by the incredible power of social media via hashtags on Instagram and Twitter.
Hen Party Brighton has seen a real increase in those groups of females that wish to try a new water based sport or activity and our mentors at Lagoon Water Sports in Hove are trying to encourage even more women of all ages to get involved and get active in the water.
Whether it’s SUP, wakeboarding, raft building, sailing lessons or jet skiing, ‘This Girl Can’ can be found here or on our sister company of instructors at our purpose built training centre at Hove Lagoon
The introduction of watersports and group activities within a safe, supportive setting is a real source of inspiration for the girls and women who come along to try for the first time.
Whilst Hen Party Brighton focuses on the fun elements of sporting activities it is an incredible achievement to see so many women now becoming involved in both team sports, new hobbies and individual fitness.
Hen Party Brighton as part of Lagoon Water Sports are very proud to harness the introduction of the extensive list of water sporting activities. The activities support the nationwide initiative which has aimed to inspire women of all ages to participate in physical activity, extending the message that women can take part in sports without worrying how they look, or not partake for fear of feeling self-conscious.
