Short for Stand Up Paddleboarding, SUPing is the perfect hen do activity. It involves you and your hens, armed with paddles, cruising round Hove Lagoon on an extra large board. It’s simple to get the hang of and perfect for first timers as Lagoon Watersports’ instructors will coach you every step of the way. Once you have got the hang of it Lagoon Watersport’s XL paddleboard can fit 8 of you on it at a time which can only be a recipe for fun and utter chaos! Ideal for hens with a bit of a competitive streak as once you’ve mastered the art, SUP racing is definitely on the cards.

At Lagoon Watersports, you can pair up certain activities. That way, you can experience everything and spend the whole day on the water. If your team of ladies are looking for something with a bit of an adrenaline rush, you can always swap the paddleboard for a wakeboard. Embrace the very definition of the phrase ‘you only live once’ as it only takes a taster session to get a complete beginner racing through the water at high speed!
