Why have your Hen Party Weekend in Brighton

Brighton sits on the south coast just one hour by train from London and half an hour from Gatwick.

The city is often referred to as ‘little London’ or ‘London by the sea’ as it has everything and all in a relatively compact area.

A hen party weekend in Brighton will give you the full package. Lovely places to stay, beautiful restaurants, great daytime activities and great nightlife what ever your age or group size. It is probably recommended that you plan and book as much as possible in advance so that you are not disappointed by venues being fully booked and so that you are able to get as much in to your weekend as you can.

Accommodation in the Brighton & Hove area is varied. There are beautiful hotels such as The Grand and Drakes Hotel, there are luxury apartments to rent, Air B&B venues of all sizes and then there are holiday cottages and economy town centre hotels and hostels.

There are over one thousand venues at which to eat and drink so if you wanted to spend the whole of your hen party weekend in Brighton moving from one place to another you would still not get through them all! There are the obvious chain restaurants such as Ask and Nandos but there are many that are individual to Brighton and all fit in to different price categories. There is the beautiful Salt Room on the seafront offering beautiful chargrilled fish, there is GB1 at the Grand Hotel or even afternoon tea at the Grand, rated one of the top 14 Afternoon Teas in the UK. There are restaurants from Thai, to Vietnamese to Lebanese to vegetarian, basically something for everyone!

Evening entertainment can range from Burlesque dancing, to sushi making, comedy at Komedia and then clubbing at Casablanca’s or Funfair. The list goes on!

Obviously you will need things to do during the day. As a coastal town there are various watersports and the beach. Lagoon Watersports offers luxury yacht sailing through to wakeboarding to raft building. There is clay pigeon shooting and karting if you want to take advantage of the beautiful countryside that surrounds Brighton. Of course as ladies you may prefer to take advantage of the great variety of shops in the city. The Lanes, both North and South, have a huge variety of shops from the well known such as Karen Millen and Kath Kidston to the quirky shops that the Lanes are so well known for.

You really cannot go wrong booking a hen party weekend in Brighton. It is just a case of how long you can make the weekend and how much you can get in to it!
